 The Russian prime minister approved the concept of establishing in the Tomsk region of innovative territorial cluster "INO Tomsk". The concept involves the creation of in the region of the five clusters. It is reported that the updated concept of "INO Tomsk" consists of five areas of cluster development: "Best production", "Science and education", "Technological innovation, new business, Convenient and smart city" and "Business environment". Funding will be about 200 billion rubles, of which 65% of business investment in the 35% Federal and regional budgets.
