Alexander Bychkov

Alexander Bychkov is a President – General director of IC RUSS-INVEST. From 1992 he is responsible for the development of business and general management of the diversified company in the following areas: brokerage, corporate finance, financial advisory and asset management, venture capital projects. IC RUSS-INVEST is a diversified investment company with more than 20 years of successful experience in the Russian financial market.
He is an expert in the field of corporate governance, the world economy and Russian capital market.

Alexander Bychkov is the winner of the contest "Entrepreneur of the Year 2011" in the category Financial & Legal Services Russia Winner / financial and legal services of the national section of the international contest conducted by an international auditing company «Ernst & Young». Mr. Bychkov graduated from the University of Chicago with a Master of Business Administration (MBA); he is a Doctor of Economics (Moscow State University) as well.

Sergey Bobylev

Sergey Bobylev – member of the Board of Directors, honored scientist of the Russian Federation, member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, doctor of economics, professor of Department of Economics, Moscow State University (chair of economics of Natural resource management). He is deputy director of Sustainable Development Institute (under supervision of Civic Chamber), vice-president of Russian Ecology Policy Center, member of public councils of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and Department for Environmental Management and Protection of the Government of Moscow, member of magazine “Environmental Law” editorial board. Sergey Bobylev repeatedly took a post of a head or an expert in projects of World Bank, UN Development Program, Global Environment Facility, Ministry of Economic Development and Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation, Russian regional projects etc.

He has released more than 200 scientific studies in the field of sustainable development and its quantitative evaluation, ecological problems of macroeconomic policies, economic estimation of natural resources, economic issues of biodiversity conservation. In 2003-2013 he was a chief editor and author of UN Development Program reports for Russia. Moreover, he is an author of such sustainable development publications, as “Energy efficiency and sustainable development” (2010), “Economic modernization and sustainable development” (2011), “Green economy and modernization. Ecologic and economic basis of the sustainable development” (2011), “Sustainable development: strategy and evaluation methods” (2011), “Ecologic and economic rating of Russian regions” (2012) etc.
